Title: Simple Couscous
Yield: 4 serving
Bring the water to a boil in the kettle, then measure it in the glass measuring cup and pour into an appropriately sized vessel with a lid. Stir in the BTB. Then stir in the dry couscous. Stir to moisten thoroughly, then lid it up and let it sit for five minutes. Take off the lid, fluff the stuff, and see if there are any dry pockets. Sometimes it comes out a little bit drier than other times and may need a little extra shot of hot water and a few more minutes sitting lidded. Enjoy!
